Yes. Capabilities like CAD Connect and IoT & Machine Connectivity are available as add-ons, so a factory on a lower plan can still access a specific capability without moving its whole subscription up a tier.

Plans can be billed monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly, with a saving for longer commitments. Invoices, including GST where applicable, are issued against the billing details on your account.

Predictive quality and predictive maintenance are real, working Intelligence-tier features today. They use your factory’s own reject-rate and breakdown history with explainable statistical methods — not a black box — and every forecast is shown alongside how reliable it has proven on your own data.

Yes. Forecasts are learned from your factory’s own history, so accuracy improves as more real production and maintenance data accumulates. A line or asset with too little history is shown honestly as not yet scoreable, rather than given a guessed result.

IoT & Machine Connectivity is an add-on capability on our roadmap, for connecting live machine signals, OEE and downtime data directly into WEFAS. Get in touch if this is a priority for your factory.

Each customer’s operational data is kept isolated from every other customer’s within the application, access is governed by role-based permissions your own administrators configure, and data is encrypted in transit. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You do. Your organization retains ownership of all business data entered into the application — orders, production, materials, quality and financial records — as set out in our Terms of Use.

No. AI-assisted features use your organization’s own data to answer your own questions and forecasts. We do not use customer operational data to train shared or public AI models.
