Terms of Use
The terms that govern use of the WEFAS website and the WEFAS application.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thewefas.com (the “Website”) and the WEFAS application at app.thewefas.com (the “Application”), together the “Services”, provided by WEFAS Technologies LLP (“WEFAS”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Application on behalf of an organization, a separate order form or subscription agreement between that organization and WEFAS takes priority over these Terms wherever the two conflict.
2. Description of service
WEFAS is an operating system for manufacturing, connecting commercial, planning, production, quality, materials, finance and AI-assisted capabilities into one platform for apparel and textile manufacturers. The Website provides information about WEFAS and a way to request a demonstration.
3. Eligibility and accounts
The Services are intended for business use. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization you represent, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own account credentials and for activity under your account.
4. Plans, pricing and billing
The Application is offered under published plans (currently Foundation, Growth, Intelligence and Enterprise) and optional add-ons such as CAD Connect, IoT & Machine Connectivity and Implementation services, as described on our Pricing page. Prices are indicative, exclusive of applicable taxes, and may change with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the price already agreed with an existing Customer for their current billing term. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing cadence (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Invoices, including GST where applicable, are issued to the billing details on file for the account.
5. Your data
As between you and WEFAS, you and your organization own all rights to the business data you enter into the Application — including orders, production, materials, quality and financial records. We use that data only to provide, support and improve the Service for your organization, as described in our Privacy Policy, and not to benefit any other customer.
6. AI-assisted features
Certain Application features, including Ask WEFAS and predictive analytics, use AI to answer questions or forecast outcomes based on your organization’s own data. These features are decision-support tools intended to prompt review, not a substitute for professional judgement, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated output.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another organization’s data without authorization; attempt to reverse engineer, probe or disrupt the Services; resell or provide third-party access to the Application without our agreement; or upload content you do not have the right to use.
8. Intellectual property
WEFAS and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in the Services, including their software, design and the WEFAS name and logo. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that intellectual property to you, other than the right to use the Services as intended.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and to use it only as needed to receive or provide the Services.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictive or AI-assisted outputs will be accurate for your specific circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEFAS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a subscription as set out in the applicable order form, or with reasonable written notice where none exists. On termination, your right to use the Application ends, and we will make your own data available for export for a reasonable period afterward, on request.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. (Specific city/registered-office jurisdiction to be confirmed and added here.)
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
